CM Group Ltd Privacy Policy

Introduction

Your information is important to you and we will at all times respect this fact. We will never share, sell or otherwise publicise your personal information other than as detailed below.

This Privacy Policy details how CM Group Limited ("CM Group") collects and uses information you supply when using CM Group Web sites (the "Websites") and purchasing products and services from CM Group. Should CM Group or any of its divisions be acquired by or merged with another company we retain the right to transfer your data to the new Company but, CM Group will inform you of the transfer.

You are welcome to comment on our blogs and use shared conversation areas on our Websites for support comments and queries, or to share your thoughts and ideas. The intention of these services is to enable you to communicate freely with other people within CM Group or amongst the user community. CM Group uses third-parties to supply hosting services, payment services and other technologies in providing our products and services to you. CM Group owns the software, databases, and all rights to the CM Group applications , whilst you retain all rights to your data.

By using our Websites and our services, you agree that any information you supply to CM Group may travel over the internet. All such communications use a secure SSL channel to help maintain the privacy of your data.

All personal data is stored securely in accordance with best practice security principles in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
