NOTE: To ensure your learners get the very best user experience, we limit the size of individual courses to 100MB. If your course has a large video element and exceeds this size, don't worry, just contact us to discuss video streaming options.
Our Reach payment plans are based on the number of courses taken per month. One course taken is one unique user taking one unique course.
It doesn't matter how many times a user accesses a course, they can start a course and then complete parts of it on subsequent visits - it's the first access that counts.
You have a choice of flexible payment plans which offer attractive cost options, depending on the volume of training you need to deliver. To work out which is the most cost-effective plan
for you, consider how many learners you need to train (for example, how many employees you have) and how many courses you are likely to deliver in a year. If you have 300 employees
and plan to deliver around 20 courses over a 12-month period:
300 * 20 = 6000 courses taken per year
6000 / 12 = 500 courses taken per month
Then simply pick the plan which covers your anticipated level of use. Remember, if you do over run, there are no punitive penalties, we will simply invoice you at an even more advantagous
rate for the number of additional courses taken in the month.
If you have a particularly busy period, perhaps during the launch of a new training initiative, you might exceed your courses taken per month in a given month. This is not a problem and you
can continue to use the service. We will simply charge you at a slightly lower rate for the number of courses that you over run your plan limit. We call this Flexup.
Flexup provides flexibility and enables you to easily handle peak workloads and at a lower cost - there is no punitive pricing. Flexup costs are actually lower than the corresponding plan level.
All plans come with a 30 day free trial. We'll send you email reminders as your 30 day trial draws to a close. If you choose to cancel before the 30 days are up, you'll not be charged, and
your account will expire. If you continue to use the service after 30 days, you'll be charged on day 30 and then subsequently on a 30 day cycle (unless you opted for manual invoicing).

Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. For example, you might want to upgrade because you know you're expecting a few busy months with lots of courses being taken. You may want
to downgrade as your use reduces again. Your new plan choice becomes effective at the next 30 day billing point.
Until then you can continue to use the system with the lower charges that Flexup offers. Remember, you don't need to make any long term commitments. If you don't need the service any more, you can simply
cancel your membership at any time.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit card monthly payments. If you would prefer not to pay by credit card on a monthly basis, and would prefer to be paper invoiced, please contact us.
